HOW A MUSHROOM BECAME THE LEADING CHARACTER

It all began
with a favourite toy.

Anastasia is my niece. Pečurko is her favourite plush toy. And I am the aunt who thought he might make a wonderful guide for learning adventures.

That is how Pečurko’s Adventures began: maths, geography and biology woven into stories, puzzles and little missions.

One day we explore a forest. Another day we read a geographer’s lost journal. On another, Roman numerals become the key to the next stage of the journey.

First I made them for Anastasia.
Then Pečurko got a whole world of his own. ↗
